The applicants pray for condonation of delay of 152 days in filing this civil application, seeking restoration of the contempt petition by recalling the order of the Registrar dated 30/06/2014, by which the registration was refused for non-removal of the office objections.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. Delay of 152 days is condoned subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One thousand only) to the Advocates' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad. Office objections to be removed within 3 (three) weeks from today.
