PER COURT :- This Court vide order dated 12.3.2019, in writ petition No.3442 of 2019, had directed the respondents to decide the petitioners' representation dated 6.10.2018 for rental compensation, within a period of 12 weeks.

Learned A.G.P. informs, the representation to have been decided unfavourably to the petitioners. According to the learned advocate for the petitioners, it was a case of taking over possession of the land under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 while the acquisition was to take place in terms of the provisions of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. It appears that the representation has been decided post filing of this contempt petition. Whatever may be, since the representation of the petitioners has been turned down, the

With the above observations and directions, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
