The applicant seeks condonation of 45 days delay in filing the second appeal.

For the reasons set out in the application, the same is allowed. The delay of 45 days is condoned subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be deposited with Advocate Associations' Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad.

After the costs is deposited, the second appeal be registered and be listed for admission alongwith CA No.14162/2017 on 15/12/2017. In the meanwhile, all office objections shall be removed by the applicant.
