This Court had directed respondent no.02 - Committee to decide the caste (tribe) validity proceedings in respect of the petitioner within a period of six months from the date of submission of the corrected tribe certificate, pursuant to the order dated 16th April 2018 in Writ Petition No. 11449 of 2017.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the Committee has not yet decided the aforesaid proceedings. Even Vigilance Cell has not conducted its enquiry.

The Committee is required to be diligent in deciding the matters wherein directions have been given by this Court.

We extend the time to decide the tribe validation proceedings in respect of the petitioner by three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the Committee. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22nd October 2019. The Committee shall positively decide the tribe validation proceedings in respect of the

(Order) (3) W.P. No. 12451 of 2019 petitioner, on its own merits, within a period of three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before the Committee.

Respondent no.03 - College shall not withhold marks sheet of the petitioner on account of non-submission of tribe validation certificate. However, degree certificate shall not be issued to the petitioner by the respondents unless and until the petitioner produces tribe validation certificate. 06.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
