DATE : JUNE 09, 2023 ORDER :- On the FIR lodged by the petitioner herein, investigation took place and charge sheet for the offence punishable under Section 376 of Indian Penal Code has already been filed against respondent nos.4 to 6. The petitioner is asking for re-investigation. 2.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, she was not medically screened during investigation.

Since, on due investigation, charge sheet has been filed, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. The petition is rejected. 4.

The petitioner may seek remedy of further investigation, if so advised and permitted under law.
