Mr Irpatgire, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, upon instructions, submits that the loan account of the respondent - Bank is settled by the petitioners in one time settlement scheme. According to him, the entire amount is repaid. In view thereof, according to him, no further orders need to be passed in the petition. 2.

The statement is not disputed for want of instructions. Thus, the writ petition stands disposed of.
