This is an application by the informant for withdrawal of the amount deposited by accused in this Court for showing their bonafide.

It is seen that on 4th October, 2016, this Court was pleased to reject the application of applicants/ accused for grant of pre-arrest bail. In this view of the matter, the informant cannot be said to be entitled for the amount deposited by accused persons before this Court in order to show their bonafide. Therefore, the application is rejected.
