The only relief claimed in the present petition is seeking directions against the committee to decide the validation proceeding of the petitioner.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the respondents.

In case the validation proceeding in respect of the caste claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no. 3, then respondent no. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits, within six (06)

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 16.03.2020.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of No costs.
