Learned counsel for the appellant submits, on instructions from the appellant that he wants to withdraw the criminal appeal.

This appeal against acquittal was admitted on 28.11.2014. However, now the learned counsel is tendering written instructions from the appellant to withdraw the appeal. The said document is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

As the appellant does not want to prosecute the appeal, the criminal appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. The trial Court's judgment of acquittal shall remain maintained. The earlier order dated 28.11.2014 directing action under Section 390 of the Code of Criminal Procedure also stands withdrawn.
