PER COURT:- 1.

The proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided is rejected on account of deficiencies as detailed in the order. It is for the management to comply with these deficiencies.

Another reason given is circular dated 28.06.2016.

This Court under its judgment and order dated 04.07.2019 in Writ Petition No.1493/2018 with connected writ petitions held that some of the Clauses of circular dated 28.06.2016 would not apply.

Considering the above, we pass following order:

ORDER

i.

In case, there are some deficiencies regarding production of the documents, the Management shall comply those deficiencies within a period of six weeks.

ii.

The Education Officer shall take decision upon the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the petitioner from unaided to aided post in tune with the judgment and order dated 04.07.2019 in Writ Petition No.1493/2018 with connected writ petitions. The decision shall be taken preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of compliance of deficiencies.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
