By these Civil Applications, the Applicant/ original Petitioner in all these three matters, prays for extension of time as is previously ordered in paragraphs 19 and 22 of the judgment dated 22.07.2016. It is stated that barring the matters from Nanded district where the representations under paragraph 19 were submitted belatedly, no such representations are still submitted in other two matters.

*2* 901.ca.14348.14357.14362.16.group The learned Advocate for the Non Applicant/ Union/ Employees submits that the time could be extended so as to enable the Non Applicants to file their representations and for the Applicant to take a decision on the same considering the directions of this Court. In the light of the above, the directions set out in paragraphs 19 and 22 of the judgment dated 22.07.2016 shall be effective from the date of this order. The Civil Applications are, therefore, allowed in the above terms.
