We have heard Miss.Talekar, learned advocate for the petitioner. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is exploring the possibility of getting admission to M.B.A.

course. The petitioner is also allotted the college. The committee was directed to decide the validation proceedings within four months under the order dated 10th June, 2021 in Writ Petition (Stamp) No.11082 of 2021 filed by the petitioner at the Principal Seat. By this time, they ought to have decided the matter.

Learned counsel further submits that 21st December, 2021 is the last date for submitting the validity certificate as admission of the petitioner would be cancelled.

Learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the matter has been referred to vigilance.

The Committee ought to have abided by the directions issued by this Court at the Principal Seat.

Be that as it may, the Committee shall expedite the process. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 13th December, 2021.

The Committee under any circumstances shall decide the proceedings before 20th December, 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would waive the statutory period for filing say to the vigilance report and would file the say to the vigilance report without delay.

As observed above, the Committee shall positively decide the proceedings on or before 20th December, 2021.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
