Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is serving as Teacher with the respondent - Zilla Parishad, has been transferred. Grievance of the petitioner is, the petitioner and her husband both are serving with the respondent, the policy contained in Government Resolution dated 12/1805-2011 is not followed. 02.
In case, the petitioner has any grievance in respect of her transfer, as per Government Resolution dated 28th May 2019, Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad is competent authority to take decision upon it. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already approached the Chief Executive Officer in that respect.

If application of the petitioner in respect of her transfer is pending with respondent no.02 - Chief Executive Officer, same shall be decided on its own merits, within a period of 15 days from the date of this order.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
