DATE : 16.06.2022 PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the applicant submits that this Court by order dated 11th August, 2021 allowed the application of applicants for withdrawal of amount. In the said application one of the applicant was Smt. Kalawati before withdrawal of amount she died. Applicant Nos. 4 and 5 are legal heirs and representative of Smt. Kalawati. Hence applicant be allowed to withdraw the amount of compensation to the extent of share of deceased Kalawati.

Considering the submission that applicant No. 4 and 5 are

937- C.A. No. 13875-2021.odt legal heirs and representative of deceased Smt. Kalawati, they are allowed to withdraw the amount of compensation as mentioned in the prayer clause 'B" of the application. Hence application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 4.

Civil Application is disposed of.
