Heard. Though we are not inclined to entertain the prayers as they appear in the prayer clauses of the Petition, however, we are inclined to dispose of this Petition with direction to the Commissioner of Police, Aurangabad to take the decision on the application/ representation filed by the Petitioners on 5th October 2016.

In that view of the matter, The Commissioner of Police, Aurangabad is directed to decide the application/ representation filed by the Petitioners on 5th October 2016, if already not decided, as expeditiously as possible, however within six weeks from today.

It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the said application/ representation.

4. The Writ Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
