The petitioner's application for transfer is pending before the respondent - Zilla Parishad, Nanded. This court has passed interim order.

The petitioner wants her representation to be decided on its own merits. In view of the same, the petition could be disposed of in term of following direction. The learned counsel for the respondent- Zilla Parishad strongly objects.

A) The respondent - Zilla Parishad, Nanded to consider petitioner's representation for transfer during the ensuing annual general transfers, on its own merits and even uninfluenced by this order.

B) Till the decision regarding petitioner's representations, the ad interim interim order passed in this writ petition to continue.
