The petitioner seeks change in the name. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that petitioner has not submitted any documents. According to learned counsel for the petitioner, as the writ petition is pending, respondent no.2 did not accept the document. 2.

We may not be entering into the said dispute. The petitioner may produce relevant documents with respondent no.2. Upon receipt of the same, respondent no.2 shall take decision shall take decision upon it on its own merits, preferably within one month from the date of receipt of the documents.
