By this civil application, the applicant/petitioner apprehends that pursuant to notice dated 20.08.2025 received by him from the employer, his employment is at stake. 2.

Considering the same, the application is allowed. Respondent nos.3 and 4 shall not take any coercive action against the petitioner, subject to petitioner filing an undertaking before this Court within 15 days that during pendency of this writ petition, he will not claim any service benefit such as promotion, confirmation, increment, pay fixation etc. However, the employer should not construe this undertaking to mean that leave cannot be sanctioned to the applicant/petitioner.
