The petitioner is claiming that the members of the managing committee of respondent no. 5-Cooperative Society have incurred disqualification and is requesting authorities under the Cooperative Societies Act, to take appropriate steps in light of Rule 66 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Rules, 2017.

Incidentally, it is also being pointed out that a similar request on a complaint filed by one Rajabhau Mundhe is sub judice before respondent no. 4 since August 2023, but he is not passing any order. 4.

We dispose of the writ petition directing respondent nos. 2 to 4 to decide the petitioner's grievance/representation dated 05.09.2024, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within four weeks.
