Mr. Thombre, the learned counsel submits that, the Head Master has forwarded the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Laboratory Attendant recently on 22.08.2014. Earlier also the proposal was submitted, but the same has not been decided at any material point of time. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, if the proposal is not already decided, the same would be decided on its own merits.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order.

The respondent No. 2 shall decide the proposal submitted by the Head Master seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Laboratory Attendant (Exhibit - C) if not already decided on its own merits expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (6) months from today. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
