Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking permission to bring legal representatives of applicant No.3 Subhadra Haribhau Dhole, who admittedly died on 14.08.2020, by condoning the delay of 174 days. However, it appears that the legal representatives of Subhadra are already on record as respondent Nos.1-A and 1-B. As such, they cannot be brought on record again. Only the name of Subhadra needs to be deleted. As such, the application is allowed in following manner :

"Since the legal representatives of deceased Subhadra Dhole are already on record, the name of
