Te learned counsel for the petitioner argued the matter for some time. In view of the position that slab amount of compensation has been protected and also the entitlement of the petitioner, makes a request that reference proceedings be expedited. He states that, proceedings are pending since the year 2016. If there are no earlier time bound commitments, learned Civil Judge will consider expediting the proceedings and make an endeavour to dispose of the same within a period of six months, since now only entitlement of the petitioner remains to be considered. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
