We are not inclined to entertain this Criminal Application for the reasons that the crime was registered way back in the year 2018 bearing C.R. No. 14/2018 and the chargesheet has also been filed in the year 2018. At present the case bearing R.C.C. No. 171/2018 is pending before the Trial Court. The applicants have approached this Court belatedly. The applicants are at liberty to file application for discharge before the Trial Court in the pending case.
