Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the application for issuance of caste (tribe) certificate in respect of the petitioners is pending with the respondent since November 2018.

In the light of above, the respondent shall decide application of the petitioners for issuance of caste (tribe) certificate, on its own merits, within a period of one month from the date of appearance of the petitioners before the respondent.

The petitioners shall appear before the respondent on 21st October 2019.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
