This is a composite application for restoration of writ petition which has been dismissed for non removal of the office objections, with a prayer to condone the delay of 330 days.

Considering the fact that the writ petition was preferred challenging the order of invalidation, coupled with the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored subject to condition that the office objections would now be removed and even the costs of Rs. 3000/- (Rs. Three Thousand only) are deposited in the office within four weeks.
