Mr. Hon, the learned Senior Advocate appearing for respondent No.4 submits that the petitioner has already approached the Industrial Court with regard to the same grievance made in the present writ petition. On last occasion, we had adjourned the matter so as to enable the learned counsel for the petitioner to take instructions on the said aspect. As, according to respondent No.4, the petitioner has already approached the Industrial Court with regard to the same grievance, the present writ petition would not be tenable.
