The applicant had filed a Writ Petition No.1462 of 2019 for registration of crime on the basis of the FIR. Post registration of the crime, by the order dated 15 December 2020 this Court had disposed of that writ petition.

By filing the present criminal application, the original petitioner is seeking a direction to the Investigation Officer to file the charge-sheet and is also seeking restoration of the writ petition. 4.
Learned APP, on written instructions of the Investigating Officer, 1/2

summary report No.
22 of 2021 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate on 6 May 2021. 5.
In view of such report, criminal application is disposed of having become infructuous.

Learned APP seeks time to take instructions in respect of Criminal Application No. 3090 of 2021.

Stand over to 05-12-2022.

It transpires that the applicant is the original petitioner. In spite of he having engaged an advocate who has been attending the matters he is in the habit of directly making communication with this Court. He sends either the letters by post or sends e-mails. This practice is deprecated. 9.
The petitioner is put to notice that any further such correspondence would be looked at as an interference in the administration of justice and may have to face the consequences. 10.
Learned advocate shall communicate this order to the applicant/petitioner.
