1] The present application is filed to transfer Marriage Petition No.42/2022 filed by the respondent husband against the applicant - wife under Section 11 and 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, from the Civil Judge Senior Division, Dhule to Civil Judge Senior Division, Shahada.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the marriage between the applicant and respondent was solemnized on 17.05.2019. There is no issue from the said wedlock. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is unemployed lady and the applicant is staying with her parents, whereas the respondent is employed. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the distance between Dhule to Shahada is 100 kilo meters and that the applicant was threatened at the place

280.23MCA where the petition is filed. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is inconvenient for the applicant to conduct the proceedings at Dhule. Considering the said fact, the present application may be allowed.

3] Though the respondent is served, none has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent. 4] Considering the submissions made, the present application is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. The Marriage Petition No.42 of 2022 is transferred from Civil Judge Senior Division, Dhule to Civil Judge Senior Division, Shahada.

5] Misc. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
