After arguing for some time, the learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to contest before the trial court that the evidence of the two witnesses (1) Scribes of the alleged adoption deed, (2) Scribes correction deed of the adoption deed, is inadmissible and it should not be considered. 2.

The petitioners are entitled to agitate before the trial court at time of final arguments that the evidence of those two witnesses is inadmissible and may not be taken into consideration at the time of final decision of the suit.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
