Applicant apprehends arrest in connection with Crime No. 0127 of 2024 registered with Excise Station Shirpur Division, District. Dhule for the offences punishable under Sections 65(a)(b)(c)(d)(e)(f), 80, 81, 83 & 108 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that except for the alleged statement of co-accused, there is no other evidence to connect applicant with this crime. Though, learned APP opposed application but she was unable to point out any evidence against applicant from the Investigating Papers.
