This is an application for permission to deposit an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- with respondent no.2 or with this Court. 2.

This Court by an order dated 25.11.2025, passed in Civil Application No.6742 of 2025, directed the applicants to deposit an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh only) as an interest. 3.

Considering the reasons stated in the application and order dated 25.11.2025, passed by this Court, an amount of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakh only) alongwith interest of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh only) can be deposited with the respondent no.2. Said amount be deposited with respondent no.2 within three weeks. If the amount is deposited within 3 weeks, the solvent surety furnished by Waman Tatoba Kshirsagar and Baba Saluba Bhand in First Appeal No.350 of 1993 be discharged.
