The present petition has been filed for following relief. (A) This writ petition may kindly be allowed and Rspondent No. 2 - Scrutiny Committee may kindly be directed to decide the "Koli Malhar-30" tribe claim of the petitoiner at the earliest which is pending since 29.05.2017.

The petition can be disposed of. The learned Addl. G. P. waives notice for both respondents.

Taking into consideration the record it appears that, the application was made by the petitioner on 29.05.2017 for validity

2 909-wp 1163-2024.odt certificate. In view of the fact that, she is intending to secure admission in P.G. course, she would be in need of the validity certificate. 4.

The respondent No. 2 is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible within a period of four (04) months from today.

The learned Addl. G. P. to communicate this order to respondent No. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of.
