PER COURT :- The petitioner is challenging the Notice issued by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies dated 4.12.2014, directing the petitioner to make available the record of the society, for the purpose of inspection, which was scheduled to be conducted on 8.12.2014. In all probabilities, the Assistant Registrar must have completed the inspection and as such, the grievance raised by the petitioner, in the instant petition, does not deserve consideration.

Writ Petition, as such, stands disposed of.
