PER COURT :- 1.

The prayer in the Civil Application is that the Petitioner should be given the benefit of the Government Resolution dated 14.12.2022. However, the prayer in the Writ Petition is diagonally opposite and in fact, the challenge is to the invalidation of the claim of the Petitioner of belonging to the Thakur Scheduled Tribe category.

In such circumstances, the prayer in the Civil Application runs counter to the prayer in the Writ Petition and cannot be entertained.
