The applicant, who has preferred a second appeal with reference to an immovable property and mesne profits, has filed this application for seeking condonation of 13 days delay in filing the second appeal.

I have gone through the reasons set out in the application. Since the delay is extremely minor, this civil application is allowed without issuing notices to the non applicants.
