PER COURT :- Learned AGP appearing on behalf of respondent - scrutiny committee, on instructions states that the tribe certificate validation proposal of the petitioner pending with the committee shall be decided within a period of two months from today. Statement made is accepted.

In view of the above, writ petition is disposed of. Until disposal of the claim of the petitioner, within the time stipulated as above, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner and appropriate action can be taken depending upon the decision on the validation proposal of the petitioner by the committee. The petitioner shall cause appearance before the committee on 25.11.2018 and as such, no separate notice requiring his presence before the committee shall be necessary.
