It is pointed out that the parties are before the Civil Court in RCS Nos.498 of 2012 and 499 of 2012 filed by the petitioners in both petitions. All the parties in writ petitions are already before the Civil Court and have appeared in the said suit. The dispute is in respect of the revenue entries. It is trite that the revenue entries are not the entries creating any rights or title in favour of the parties. Since the parties have already before the Civil Court, all the D. A. ETHAPE, P.A.

( 2 ) 946 WP-657-2015 rights are subjected to the outcome of the civil suit. No purpose would be served by entertaining these petitions. The petition therefore can be conveniently disposed of by keeping the rights subject to outcome of those civil suits. This Court has not touched the merit of the matter.

In view of the above, both the writ petitions stand disposed off.
