By this application, the applicants seek to condone the delay of 12 days caused in filing the present appeal. The notice of this application is served upon respondent nos.1 to 3. However, none appears for them.

The pleadings in the application are uncontroverted and the reason is made out to condone the delay. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause - 'B' and the same is disposed of accordingly.
