The learned Advocate for the Applicant/ original Petitioner submits that the Petitioner desires to implement the order of this Court dated 05.10.2018 in Civil Application No.10738/2018. However, the Management of daily "Sakal" newspaper has quoted an amount of Rs.40,950/- as charges for publishing the notice. Instead, Marathi daily "Pudhari", which has a large circulation in major cities and districts in the State of Maharashtra, has quoted an amount of about Rs.5500/-. He, therefore, seeks modification of the order.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The order dated 05.10.2018 shall stand modified to the extent that the notice
