Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking quashing of order dtd.15.02.2022 whereby the learned Registrar of this Court has refused the registration of appeal of the applicants for want of removal of office objections.

The applicants have also prayed for condonation of delay of 257 days. The learned counsel for the applicants now undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks. As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C subject to removal of all the office objections within two weeks from the date of this order.
