This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent no.02 - Deputy Director of Education to take decision on the proposal forwarded by the institution seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today, and it is accordingly directed.
