The grievance of the Petitioner is that Respondent No.4, who is at Serial No.1 in the select list, has been appointed as Anganwadi Sevika, though she has three children and cannot be appointed in any State Government service.

The learned AGP points out the GR dated 02.02.2023 issued by the Women and Child Development Department which enables the Petitioner to approach the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad and thereafter the Additional Divisional Commissioner for challenging the appointment of the Anganwadi Sevika.
