PER COURT :- The petitioner may avail of the alternative remedy provided under The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats & Industrial Townships Act 1965 .

If the petitioner tenders appropriate appeal/revision to the prescribed authority under the Act, 1965, within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be considered within limitation and the concerned authority/forum shall take decision in the matter after extending opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, in accordance with the provisions of law.

{2} wp 11203.14.odt The concerned authority shall take appropriate decision in the matter as directed above as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the date of lodging of the revision/appeal.

Leave to correct the title of respondent No.2 With the directions as above, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
