The learned counsel for petitioner submits that after filing this petition, certain orders have been passed by the Collector Hingoli against which the petitioner has already filed writ petition which is pending before this Court. 2.

In the circumstance, with the liberty to pursue the said writ petition, the learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The prayer is accepted. With the liberty as aforesaid the petition is allowed to be withdrawn. Civil Application is also disposed of.
