Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned counsel submits that the order of the revisional authority is not implemented by the respondents.

3, Mr. Bharaswadkar, learned A.G.P. states that he has been instructed by the D.I.L.R. to state that the measurement would be carried out as per the order of the State Minister, but the same

wp745.17 is to be done after issuing notice to the interested persons.

Considering the fact that respondents are now proceeding further as per the order of the revisional authority, we direct that the same shall be implemented expeditiously, preferably within eight months from today.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
