We have heard learned counsel for the applicant for some time. Though learned counsel for the applicant has raised various issues prominent amongst them is the civil dispute between the parties. However, Crime No. 84 of 2019 is registered against the applicant and the charge sheet came to be fled in the same year and the present RCC No. 836 of 2019 is pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nanded. Thus, it appears that the application is suffering from delay and latches. We are not inclined to entertain this application. Application is accordingly disposed of. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.) (V. K.
