Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, by inviting our attention to the order dated 18th October, 2019, passed by the Division Bench of this Court in a bunch of writ petitions, namely, Writ Petition Nos.13372/2017, 14450/2017 and 4117/2017, submitted that the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. The terms of settlement are also submitted before this Court and on the basis of terms of settlement, the order dated 18th October, 2019 came to be passed. As such, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Perusal of the order dated 18th October, 2019 further shows that the petitioners in the present petition was also the petitioner in Writ Petition No.13372 of 2017 along with other petitioners. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement made on instructions by learned Counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is allowed to be withdrawn and same is disposed of accordingly. (ANIL S. KILOR, J.) (PRASANNA B. VARALE, J.) sjk
