On consideration of the contentions of the Petitioner as well as the reply tendered on behalf of the Respondent State and in view of the peculiar facts of this case, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this Petition with liberty to the Petitioner to tender an appropriate

wp446.12 representation to the State Government, Respondent No.1 herein, claiming rehabilitation grants. If the Petitioner tenders representation within period of four weeks from today, the State Government shall take appropriate decision on consideration of the contentions of the Petitioner and communicate the decision to the Petitioner within period of four months from the date of receipt of representation.

With the directions as above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
