PER COURT :- 1) Heard. Learned AGP has tendered across the Bar an affidavit in reply. On instructions of Assistant Project Officer, Integrated Tribal Development Project, Dhule, who is present in this Court, learned AGP makes a statement that entire higher pay benefit under ACPS Scheme will be extended/disbursed to the petitioners within two months from today. The statement is accepted. In the light of the averments made in the reply and the statement, so made, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
