We have heard Mr. R.S. Deshmukh, learned senior counsel for some time. Learned senior counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the criminal application No. 3097 of 2021 with liberty to the applicant to file application for discharge before the trial court in the pending case if occasion so arises.

Leave granted. The application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file application for discharge if so desire.

In so far as disposed of criminal writ petition No. 111 of 2021 is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount deposited by the petitioner (who has been arraigned as an accused in connection with the crime) be transferred to Government Hospital for treating the Covid patients.

Learned Public Prosecutor submits that for that purpose, at present the account is opened in the name of "Dengi Samiti Dean Govt. Medical College and Hospitl Aurangabad". 5., In view of above, the amount of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand) with accrued interest, if any, deposited before this Court by the petitioner in disposed of writ petition, be transferred to "Dengi Samiti Dean Govt. Medical College and Hospitl Aurangabad, A/c. No. 063310200005678".
